We've tried to write this in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at [email protected].

When you are a client, our Services answer and place phone calls on your behalf. In doing so we may process call recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, call times and durations, and the content of conversations. SMS messaging from Alexor AI. If you provide your phone number, for example by requesting a demo or call-back on our website, you consent to receive text messages from Alexor AI related to your request, such as a link to book a demo and related follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
3. Call Recording and Monitoring
Our Services involve answering and, where enabled, recording and transcribing phone calls on your behalf. As our client, you are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required from your callers under applicable law, including state two-party (all-party) consent recording laws and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) where it applies. We provide configurable call-disclosure and recording settings to help you meet these obligations, but you are responsible for how the agent is configured and used.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers and subprocessors who help us run the Services, for example hosting and infrastructure, telephony and voice-AI providers, payment processing, scheduling tools, web analytics, and other service providers, as well as for legal and safety reasons, in a business transfer, or with your consent.
Text messaging and mobile opt-in. The mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent you provide will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the subprocessors that help us deliver the messaging, for example our SMS and telephony provider, and only as needed to send the messages you requested.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make our site work, remember your preferences, and understand how our site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it, or as required by law. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the period needed to provide the Services and your account history, and can be deleted on request subject to legal and contractual limits. Client records are typically retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing inquiry records are typically retained for up to three (3) years after last contact.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted service providers. No system is 100% secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, email [email protected].
8. Your Rights

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion (subject to legal exceptions), to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (note: we don't sell your information), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
EU/UK residents (GDPR)
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. Our legal bases are typically performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligations. For call data processed on behalf of a client, the client is generally the controller and we act as a processor.
How to exercise your rights
