The rules for using Alexor AI.

Short version: Use the service lawfully. Plans are month-to-month. We make commercially reasonable efforts but don't guarantee the AI is error-free or that you'll get specific results. You are responsible for call-recording notices and TCPA compliance toward your callers. Liability is capped. California law governs. Questions? Email [email protected].

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at alexor.ai and any services offered by Alexor Solutions LLC, operating as Alexor AI ("Alexor AI," "we," "us," or "our"), including AI voice receptionist, call-answering, appointment booking, lead follow-up, and related offerings (the "Services"). By accessing our site or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. If you're using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. The Services

Specific scope, plan, included minutes, and pricing are described in your selected plan, order form, or invoice ("Order"). These Terms apply together with any Order. If there's a conflict, the Order controls for that engagement.

The AI is a tool, not a guarantee

Our AI agents use automated speech and language models. They can misunderstand callers, make mistakes, or be unavailable due to factors outside our control (including third-party telephony and model providers). The Services are an aid to your business, not a replacement for your own judgment, and we do not guarantee that any call will be answered correctly or that you will achieve specific business results. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising how the agent is configured and performing.

3. Your Compliance Responsibilities (Calls, Recording, TCPA)

Because the Services answer, place, record, and follow up on calls and messages on your behalf, you are responsible for compliance with all laws that apply to those communications, including call-recording and monitoring consent laws (including all-party consent states), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing and Do-Not-Call rules, and applicable SMS and messaging regulations. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your callers and message recipients, for the accuracy of the information and scripts you provide, and for configuring call disclosures appropriately. You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications.

SMS communications. By providing your phone number when requesting a demo or call-back, you agree that Alexor AI may send you text messages related to your request, such as booking links and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are month-to-month, billed in advance, with no long-term contract required
A one-time setup fee applies as stated in your plan and is non-refundable once setup work has commenced
Usage beyond your plan's included minutes is billed as overage at the rate stated in your plan
Invoices are due on receipt unless an Order states different terms; late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower
Third-party or pass-through costs are billed separately or as disclosed
We may change our standard plan pricing at any time; any change to your recurring fee takes effect no earlier than your next billing cycle, and we will give you at least thirty (30) days notice
If you enroll under a promotional or founding rate, we will honor that rate for as long as your subscription stays continuously active, and we will not raise it simply to increase our margin. We reserve the right to adjust any rate, including a locked or founding rate, only where our underlying third-party costs (such as telephony, carrier, or AI model providers) change materially, and only with at least thirty (30) days written notice
Overage rates are not part of any locked or founding rate and may be adjusted with notice
All fees are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are your responsibility

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Alexor does not answer your calls and book appointments substantially as described during your first 30 days of paid service, you may request a refund of your first month's subscription fee. To be eligible, you must have completed onboarding and forwarded your business calls to the number we provide, so that the service was actually able to operate for you. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable, as it covers configuration and build work performed specifically for your business. Overage charges and any pass-through third-party fees are non-refundable. This guarantee applies once per business, to the first month of service only, and the request must be made within 30 days of your first payment by emailing [email protected]. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. This guarantee does not limit your right to cancel at any time; all plans are month-to-month.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, scripts, and assets we reasonably request, respond to onboarding requests within reasonable timeframes, comply with applicable laws and platform policies, and keep payment information current. Delays caused by your non-response or non-payment may shift setup and delivery timelines.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our site or Services to violate any law or the rights of others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with or disrupt the Services, send spam or unlawful communications, place or receive calls you are not authorized to, scrape or use automated means beyond standard browsing, or misrepresent your identity.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party platforms (including communications and voice-AI providers, payment processing, scheduling, and hosting providers). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, model behavior, or actions taken by third parties.

8. Disclaimers

Our site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or produce specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexor AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any missed calls, lost leads, or lost revenue. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the Services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alexor Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any third-party claims arising out of your use of the Services, the information and scripts you provide, your communications with your callers, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law (including call-recording and TCPA obligations) or the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a month-to-month engagement with thirty (30) days written notice before the next billing cycle, unless your Order specifies different terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. Before filing any formal dispute, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the issue informally by contacting [email protected].

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any Order, are the entire agreement between you and Alexor AI. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
