By accessing or using the services provided by Alexor Solutions LLC ("Alexor," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Alexor provides AI-powered voice receptionist and call-handling services for businesses, including but not limited to: inbound call answering, appointment booking, FAQ handling, lead follow-up, and call transcription (collectively, the "Services").
To use our Services, you must provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Services to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws governing telephone communications. Alexor provides tools to assist with compliance but does not guarantee compliance on your behalf.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Usage overages (per-minute charges above your plan's included minutes) are billed monthly in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice to hello@alexor.ai. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active through the end of the current billing period. We may terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, algorithms, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Alexor. You retain ownership of your business data and call recordings. You grant Alexor a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Services.
We treat your business information and call data as confidential. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALEXOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALEXOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALEXOR BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
